I have been in the automotive field since 1985 starting with Chevrolet and Buick, and then I was hired at Crown Honda in 1990. I'm excited to have just celebrated 25 years with Crown this past March. I am 100% factory trained, as well as a platinum level advisor (highest achievement from American Honda!) I am one of the luckiest people that after all of these years, I still love my career. I love the interaction with the customers and the building of relationships. One thing I try to do is find out what my customers do for a living and if possible use their businesses since they use ours. I enjoy most sports and support our local teams whenever possible. I am a dog lover and enjoy traveling and visiting my family whenever I can.

Michelle has always given the best customer service whenever we bring our car in. You can't always plan on when something is going to come up with your vehicle and Michelle is always professional and friendly in getting your car in and serviced as quickly as possible. Michelle is a true asset to the Crown Honda in Pinellas Park. The best service writer we have ever had. Big kudos to Michelle. Thank you, Steve & Betty Berry More

Long wait for oil change I stopped in at 10:15 AM on a Tues to get an "Express" oil change. I signed the sheet, all the names on top of mine where highlighted, there was only I stopped in at 10:15 AM on a Tues to get an "Express" oil change. I signed the sheet, all the names on top of mine where highlighted, there was only one car in the drop off area. I was told it would be 2 hours. I left. I came back in a few days later...again " two hours wait time " I left. You need to get more guys on the oil change service. Two hours is unacceptable. As suggested both previous times My 3 rd visit I arrived at 7:30AM. It was still an hour wait, even though I asked to skip all the service checks ( AS SUGGESTED I COULD OPT FOR BY ONE OF THE OUTDOOR CHECK IN GUYS ) and just change my oil/filter and get me out ASAP I do want to say my Rep Michele Dessert was great. She even walked me to the parking lot at the end, opened my car, shook my hand and thanked me. I don't recall anyone doing that in my years coming in for many services. Great job, it made me feel better even though I'm not happy waiting an hour for an EXPRESS OIL CHANGE. More

Express Service I have been a Crown Honda customer for 16 years and have purchased 3 Odyssey minivans from them during those years. I just had Express Service on my 2 I have been a Crown Honda customer for 16 years and have purchased 3 Odyssey minivans from them during those years. I just had Express Service on my 2016 Honda Odyssey and as always, my service representative Michele Dessert and the rest of the service team did their usual great job making sure that my minivan was properly serviced & good-to-go. By-the-way, the sales person (Larry Worden), who handled my most recent minivan purchase, stopped by to say hello while I was in the waiting room to make sure everything was going well.. More

Love love love the service I've been a customer of crown Honda for a year now and I have had nothing but awesome service from the time I bought my Car down to the regular mainte I've been a customer of crown Honda for a year now and I have had nothing but awesome service from the time I bought my Car down to the regular maintenances. Michelle Dessert is absolutely awesome and professional. I believe she is the assistant manager/supervisor in the service department. There was a recall on my car and she helped me get into a rental at no expense to me even though rental places require an age restriction fee considering I am 24. I felt really comfortable talking to her and I didn't feel insecure to ask any questions. She didn't avoid any questions and she thoroughly answered any concerns I had. I've been to a lot of places that made me feel hesitant to ask questions, but as for Michelle, she was sociable, professional and exceptionally amazing. More

She is the reason that I purchas Honda's from Crown Honda when there are several Honda dealerships that are much closer to my home. It was a safety issue. If my service manager Michele and the technicians had not discovered this issue I could have been on a long road trip and been caught in an unsafe situation. Michele is always pleasant and efficient and she really cares about her customers. This is my third Honda Accord and I will always get service at Crown Honda.
