I live only a few miles from another Honda dealership but I drive 17 miles to have my car serviced at Crown Honda As I stated in my title, Crown Honda is and outstanding, professional and very courteous dealership. I have my Honda serviced regularly. I follow the guidelines for the necessary servuces. One of the reasons I only get my car serviced at Crown is because of Michele Dessert. She is excellent. Crown Honda - Great Dealership Been going to Crown for service for years but never bought a car from there, recently I told my Friend/Service advisor Michele I was thinking of purch Been going to Crown for service for years but never bought a car from there, recently I told my Friend/Service advisor Michele I was thinking of purchasing a car from another dealership and she was offended and wanted to know why I did not come to Crown Honda. Well after she calmed down and I talked her off the ledge I told her Crown did not need to offer deals because they had so much business they don't need to offer deals, 2 seconds later she introduced me to Larry and said he's looking at a used Acura but would also consider a Honda Accord if something is available. Well I don't hear from Larry for about 2 weeks and I figure he's working on tons of deals and has forgotten about me so no big deal; did I really need a new car my 2008 accord was in great shape thanks to Michele. So out of the blue Larry calls me and says I did not forget about you I was just waiting for the right vehicle to come in and I was not going to waste your time but you need to get over here, I got a 2013 with 15K miles; I mean who drives a car 15K in 3 years, a monk. Well as promised its perfect but after talking with Larry we were just too far apart on price but you could tell he was not letting up, however I was not going to give my fantastic 2008 away when is was in great shape and I knew the value by doing my research. Well I don't know who Larry contacted, badgered, brow beat, bribed, threatened, etc... but at 9 AM the next morning he came in with the price I had in mind and there was no way I could say no. My brother in law "the car guy" asks me why I chose Honda over Nissan. there had to be a good reason, and I said. yes there is and her name is Michele, then when my friend "car guy #2" saw that it was the 2013 touring model (i.e., totally loaded) I got and knew what I paid he said "you got the touring model for what price again" it was confirmed I made a great deal. Long story short, regardless of sales or service you should always trust the folks at Crown Honda because their on your side. More
