I have been in the automotive field since 1985 starting with Chevrolet and Buick, and then I was hired at Crown Honda in 1990. I'm excited to have just celebrated 25 years with Crown this past March. I am 100% factory trained, as well as a platinum level advisor (highest achievement from American Honda!) I am one of the luckiest people that after all of these years, I still love my career. I love the interaction with the customers and the building of relationships. One thing I try to do is find out what my customers do for a living and if possible use their businesses since they use ours. I enjoy most sports and support our local teams whenever possible. I am a dog lover and enjoy traveling and visiting my family whenever I can.

Another great buying experience wth my friends at HONDA ! I went online to find a used Honda CRV.Once I found one I setup an appointment thru live chat for the very next day.I believe the persons name online I went online to find a used Honda CRV.Once I found one I setup an appointment thru live chat for the very next day.I believe the persons name online was Jason who set up my appointment.The sales person Edward Mitchum was there to greet me exactly the time I had set up at 930am.He was very friendly and eager to make me a satisfied customer but not pushy.Zak the manager was also friendly as was Michelle Dessert in the service dept.as I poked my head around the corner to say hi she smiled and said 'what are you doing here? I told her I was purchasing another CRV and she replied 'good choice. At 1230 I was leaving in my new used Honda CRV EX-L .It had gas and was detailed I thought 3 hours was not bad at all.That included reviewing and test driving the vehicle I was wanting to purchase, trading my vehicle and going thru the finance dept.I do not remember the gentlemans name in the finance dept. He was jovial and at times humerous.I think his name was Robert Haines. Maybe my only disappointment was no service manual came with the car but I went online to ebay and purchased one for 23 dollars. I simply did this so I could keep track of the maintenance schedule and learn the inside controls of the vehicle.So, thank you again Honda and your personal for another great buying experience and for my third Honda purchase.I love it and I will recommend you to friends and family ! More

Integrity Michelle has been my service advisor for years and on more than one occasion she and the Honda Team at Crown have saved me lots of money while taking Michelle has been my service advisor for years and on more than one occasion she and the Honda Team at Crown have saved me lots of money while taking care of my 8 year old car. My Key Fob stopped working all of a sudden and since I've had the car for 8 years I figured it was just time to get another one; I mean how man clicks can one of these things take so I was fully prepared to spend the 200 dollars for a replacement. Well Michelle gives me the old "lets just slow down before we do a replacement, lets try a new battery first" and of course she's right once again. Not only that, Dave the parts guy. sells me a new back to my old fob which broke because of ware over the 8 years - I mean who knew they made single parts (the back only) - for an item like that. Well long story short I walk out in 10 minutes with an entirely new key fob for $20, that's the type of honesty and integrity Michelle and the team display to me every visit and why I always recommend them to my friends and family who own Hondas.
