My Key Fob stopped working all of a sudden and since I've had the car for 8 years I figured it was just time to get another one; I mean how man clicks can one of these things take so I was fully prepared to spend the 200 dollars for a replacement. Well Michelle gives me the old "lets just slow down before we do a replacement, lets try a new battery first" and of course she's right once again. Not only that, Dave the parts guy. sells me a new back to my old fob which broke because of ware over the 8 years - I mean who knew they made single parts (the back only) - for an item like that. Well long story short I walk out in 10 minutes with an entirely new key fob for $20, that's the type of honesty and integrity Michelle and the team display to me every visit and why I always recommend them to my friends and family who own Hondas. In addition to having my Takata inflator replaces they found some other issues which turned out to be qui Michelle always provides excellent service.
