Michele Dessert has always been our service person. She is very knowledgeable, intelligent and easy to understand and work with. Before retiring I did 99% of my own mechanical work on our cars since I was old enough to drive. I was anxious when I first visited the service department over quality and cost. I can honestly say over the 10 years and many visits, I always felt comfortable dealing with Michele, she was always my first contact point when visiting. Her explanations of what had to be done with the car were brief, knowledgeable and to the point. The value for my dollar based on their pride in workmanship and doing the job right is to be commended. I feel lucky to have found such an honest, caring dealership and employees. Another great buying experience wth my friends at HONDA ! I went online to find a used Honda CRV.Once I found one I setup an appointment thru live chat for the very next day.I believe the persons name online I went online to find a used Honda CRV.Once I found one I setup an appointment thru live chat for the very next day.I believe the persons name online was Jason who set up my appointment.The sales person Edward Mitchum was there to greet me exactly the time I had set up at 930am.He was very friendly and eager to make me a satisfied customer but not pushy.Zak the manager was also friendly as was Michelle Dessert in the service dept.as I poked my head around the corner to say hi she smiled and said 'what are you doing here? I told her I was purchasing another CRV and she replied 'good choice. At 1230 I was leaving in my new used Honda CRV EX-L .It had gas and was detailed I thought 3 hours was not bad at all.That included reviewing and test driving the vehicle I was wanting to purchase, trading my vehicle and going thru the finance dept.I do not remember the gentlemans name in the finance dept. He was jovial and at times humerous.I think his name was Robert Haines. Maybe my only disappointment was no service manual came with the car but I went online to ebay and purchased one for 23 dollars. I simply did this so I could keep track of the maintenance schedule and learn the inside controls of the vehicle.So, thank you again Honda and your personal for another great buying experience and for my third Honda purchase.I love it and I will recommend you to friends and family ! More
