I have been in the automotive field since 1985 starting with Chevrolet and Buick, and then I was hired at Crown Honda in 1990. I'm excited to have just celebrated 25 years with Crown this past March. I am 100% factory trained, as well as a platinum level advisor (highest achievement from American Honda!) I am one of the luckiest people that after all of these years, I still love my career. I love the interaction with the customers and the building of relationships. One thing I try to do is find out what my customers do for a living and if possible use their businesses since they use ours. I enjoy most sports and support our local teams whenever possible. I am a dog lover and enjoy traveling and visiting my family whenever I can.

But in all honesty all the techs have done good for the most part.I think service is very important because it may decide whether or not that I buy a car there again or not More

I have taken my 2001 Honda Odyssey to Crown Honda for Service for 9 years. The service is excellent. Michele Dessert is on top of everything. She is efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I went in for a regular oil change. I was told a few other services that I needed on my car (which I was told previously but could not have performed at that time). All services were performed within 2 other services that I needed on my car (which I was told previously but could not have performed at that time). All services were performed within 2 hours. During that time I was able to work on several things in the work space area in the waiting room. This made the time pass by a little quicker. More
