Although Michelle from sales was very good and the process was seamless, including the financing, we were disappointed with one aspect of the transaction. We purchased a 2018 BMW that had been traded in at the dealership. The car was pristine. We purchased it and drove it home. All was well until the next day. The car’s interior smelled of cigarettes. It did not smell at the dealership, nor did it smell On the four hour ride home. After some research, I found this is normal depending on the weather and humidity. It cost us over $300 to have the smell eradicated. We were very disappointed in that it was not disclosed to us that the vehicle’s former owner was a cigarette smoker. I do not blame Michelle who knew nothing about the vehicle until our interest in it. I do blame management of the dealership. Someone at the dealership knew the car had a cigarette smell and this was not disclosed. It could have been a deciding factor in purchasing the vehicle. More

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had. Michelle was the salesperson and she was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable, no complaints there. But, I had and appointment to see a Volkswa Michelle was the salesperson and she was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable, no complaints there. But, I had and appointment to see a Volkswagen Atlas. I drove 2 hours from Fort Myers to see it. We test drive the vehicle, while driving the tire low presser sensor came on the dash. When we got back to the dealership I noticed that the front tire had a large groove in it. Like the tire had gone flat and the vehicle was driven on the rim. The leak was so bad that the tire had gone almost completely flat since we left on the test drive. I told the salesperson I’m very interested in making a deal but I would need to get the tire replaced, due to the tire condition and the long trip home. The manager came over to me and told me “I looked at the tire, there is nothing wrong with it” he spoke to me and my wife in the rudest tone. He did not ask if we wanted to show him what our concern with. We proceeded to leave the dealership and while transferring the car seat back into my truck, the atlas we were interested in was pulled into the shop. Pretty weird to do when “there was nothing wrong with it.” This tire was so bad that half of the tire manufacture name was gone! I drove two hours and asked numerous times if there was anything wrong with the vehicle and this happens. I would not give this dealership a red cent. If they called me the next day and offered it to me half price I still would not make a deal!!!!! More
