Michelle Levine made my first car leasing experience extremely easy. She was totally amazing!! From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, she was reponsive, extremely knowledgeable not only of extremely easy. She was totally amazing!! It really couldn't be any more seamless and made the process very pleasant. When I received my brand new car she texted me and ask if I was excited :)....it's the little things that made it more than just a business deal. The car to my exact requirements was like finding a needle in a haystack and that was my experience looking for a leasing agent who was honest and transparent. Michelle is the needle. Seemed great. But when car arrived it was $2000 more expensive than the agreed upon price.
