I don’t think I can say enough good things about eAutoLease and specifically, Michelle. This was my first time dealing with a leasing company so I was unsure what to expect, but Michelle exceeded al eAutoLease and specifically, Michelle. This was my first time dealing with a leasing company so I was unsure what to expect, but Michelle exceeded all expectations. I had been working with several dealerships over the past few months, and at the last minute, there was always a surprise and lack of transparency. Michelle on the other hand was literally everything a dealer wasn’t. She was so transparent, so easy to work with and communicated constantly throughout the process - which from start to delivery was less than 48 hours. You can tell she is so passionate about her job, and was so happy for me to get into my car. Even with getting new insurance, Michelle was on the phone with the company helping get everything set up. Besides Michelle, the two men who delivered my car were also incredible. This company was so amazing and I would recommend them, and especially Michelle, to everyone. When my lease is up in 3 years, I know who I’ll be coming to see again! More
