Good day I would say purchasing a car ranks up there with going to the dentist. Not today! Michelle Percival helped make it a good experience. I loved how she I would say purchasing a car ranks up there with going to the dentist. Not today! Michelle Percival helped make it a good experience. I loved how she explained everything in language we could actually comprehend. Her manager Dave and finance guy, Rafael, also were very good to work with. The overall experience was wonderful, compared to past experiences. Michele took the time to explain so much about the actual workings of the car and helped guide us old heads about OnStar and Bluetooth. I would definitely recommend Michelle and Pellegrino to anyone in the market for an automobile. More
