I went to the dealer to get my transmission issue fixed but nothing was resolved. Excellent service Can count on they're reliable work. It would be nice if they would text at least every other day to let you know the status. If still waiting on parts etc. This way the customer is kept It would be nice if they would text at least every other day to let you know the status. If still waiting on parts etc. This way the customer is kept up to date and does not feel like they need to call and get voicemail or feel like they're bothering the service people. The customer likes to plan on how long they will be without a car so a text once in a while to give them an update would do a lot. More
