I was promised the car in four hours, but it took seven hours. I asked about the car a couple of times, and was told it was almost finished. Yet hour by hour went by. When I walked out the service people were laughing and joking with my paperwork in their hands. When they saw me they said oh we’re doing your paperwork now. Everything was good except, I told the girl that my tire pressure was low and I may need new stems because my caps were too tight. She told me there not expense and would have them do it. They never did it pressure was low and I may need new stems because my caps were too tight. She told me there not expense and would have them do it. They never did it and said my tire pressure was 38 all around (on the report) however, my pressure was still the same (29 psi) I honestly hope I don’t have a problem now! More
