Routine car maintenance I scheduled Toyota Rockwall for routine 15K car service. Once there Mick realized my 10K car service (which I believed had been done at Toyota Richar I scheduled Toyota Rockwall for routine 15K car service. Once there Mick realized my 10K car service (which I believed had been done at Toyota Richardson when my car was at the shop for repairs) had not been done. We contacted Toyota Richardson body shop and they reported my car had been taken to the maintenance center, but there was no indication the service had actually been completed. Toyota Rockwall did the car maintenance for 10K and 15K. I was impressed and pleased with the due diligence of Rockwall Toyota and Mick. I will return to Toyota Rockwall for future car service. More

Excelent service - find and fix! I noted to the service rep (Mick) that I heard an unusual noise from the engine area. Last minute, no worries I was running ahead of my next oil change, but needed inspection. I dropped in without an appointment, they performed the services in short order and I was running ahead of my next oil change, but needed inspection. If you want help then ask for Mick. He is Awesome!!!! You can't ask for a better person to work with than Mick at Toyota of Rockwall. My Mother had an issue with the gas cap on her handicap van and Mick You can't ask for a better person to work with than Mick at Toyota of Rockwall. My Mother had an issue with the gas cap on her handicap van and Mick diligently worked for two weeks for us to get that fixed and he did get it fixed!! He's awesome! He's honest. He won't tell you something just to make money. He's a good honest person. Ask for Mick!! If he's not there then ask when he will be. He's the best. More
