Best car buying experience we have had. This by far was the best car buying experience we have ever had to date. My wife and I decided to try the Costco Auto Program to see what kind of deal This by far was the best car buying experience we have ever had to date. My wife and I decided to try the Costco Auto Program to see what kind of deal we would get thru that program. After entering our membership info and the vehicle we were interested in they set us up with Continental Toyota in Hodgkins, Illinois. We were initially contacted by Donna David from the dealership who arranged an appointment with one of the sales people authorized at the dealership to work with the Costco Auto Program, Mickey Cicimov. We test drove the vehicle under no pressure and Mickey explained the program discounts we would get. Needless to say we went forward and not only purchased our very first Toyota, but also our first ever brand new vehicle! Kudos to Domenic in the finance department for taking care of us and making everything go smoothly. I have nothing but praise so far to say about Continental Toyota and these three employees. My wife and I love our new Toyota! More

From that point on she responded to every question or comment I had about your cars. She never made me feel pressured to visit but provided enough to keep me interested in the dealership. Once I arrived the young woman at the front desk greeted me in a friendly manner and introduced me to Micky. He was friendly and efficient and led me through the the purchase explaining everything as we went. He was very easy to work with. He also kept me from leaving without my house keys and Ipass-much appreciated! Sadi Ali was very organized and answered all questions that I had. Very friendly and capable. His explanations made the process a snap. I must say that it was one of the best if not the best experience I ever had at a dealership and I’m almost 70. By the way the car is fantastic!!!! More
