Great Deal, Great Car, Best Experience Yet This was not my first time buying a new car and most of my experiences have been fair to good but this one set a new standard. Ruben was the sales pe This was not my first time buying a new car and most of my experiences have been fair to good but this one set a new standard. Ruben was the sales person I worked with. You can tell Ruben knows cars, the pros and cons and the in-between. I traded in a very good Ford Fiesta that I kept in new condition because I know car maintenance and I was not sure about giving up a car that I know would last another 50 to 60K miles. After talking with Ruben I trusted his judgement and a particular orange Jetta was available for my wife. Everything Ruben said about the car is true so my trust was well founded. Its a great car! So, now I was expecting a price out of range of course for the first offer and then after maybe 4 more trips to the manager we may get close to what I was comfortable with. I've been there and I accept it. I was quite surprised when the first offer after the manager approval was spot on. Great deal! Now it's paper work time and another dealer expectation is that this is gonna go long. I met Louis and after answering all my picky questions with a smile and good answers we went through the signatures in great time and we were on the road with my wife juicing the gas pedal (within reason) and zipping around town. And while all this was going on I meet Micky Joy and felt that he was the traffic cop behind this hole process making sure it went as smooth as possible which it did. Best experience yet! We have even had multiple compliments on the color in only 2 days. Looks like I'll be back to VW of Naples for my next new car. Thank you guys, you did good on this one! More

Fahrfvergnugen Again ... Many Years Later Juanpi Sapiencia is excellent. We put his salesmanship to the test, and he passed with flying colors. We prefer a sedan with manual transmission, no easy find in this day and age, but VW makes the peppy GLI Autobahn with a stick. It drives like a dream, and we did not have to settle for the color choices on the Naples lot. Juanpi located our first choice at another dealership and, when that fell through, located the exact same car further away to be delivered just as quickly. On our first visit, Juanpi gave it his best shot and was gracious when we left undecided before purchasing, then worked with us on a trade-in we hadn't mentioned that day (Chuck gave us a fair deal on a trade), and made sure all our requests were entirely met when we realized that the GLI was our winner. My very first car was a VW Bug more years ago than I will admit to, and I am happy to be enjoying Fahrfvergnugen (look it up Millenials) once again. BTW, Louis Palmeri in Finance also is a real pro. Altogether, we would highly recommend VW of Naples. More
