We happened to be in Naples, FL for my mother's 90th Birt My wife and I contacted 14 dealers around the country looking for a new, 2019 Alltrack SEL. We happened to be in Naples, FL for my mother's 90th Birthday and needed a replacement rear wiring harness for our 2013 VW CC (which we also love). Visited VW of Naples and while waiting for the repairs, spoke with and drove an Alltrack. Following the drive, we had a very low-key, but informative discussion and a week later, decided this was the place to buy! No regrets! More

Pleasant quick , no surprises. I spoke with Joe on the phone , described the deal I was looking for and was immediately reassured that he would do what it takes to get me to the num I spoke with Joe on the phone , described the deal I was looking for and was immediately reassured that he would do what it takes to get me to the numbers I was looking for. Joe reassured me that the he would not lose a sale to another dealership and sure enough by the time we were done he had accomplished what he had reassured me he would do. Joe was instrumental in preparing all the paperwork in advance so our pickup date would be smooth and quick. Sure enough we were out of the finance process in under 10 minutes which is the shortest amount of time it has ever taken. I was very satisfied with Joe's method of handling the entire sales process and look forward to working with him again in the future, I will also have no reservations in referring him to anyone who requests my help in acquiring a new or used VW. More
