Not only did the GM mickey joy apologized about my first incident but went above and beyond to give them a second chance so much that it left me wondering whether i spoke to a different dealership when i first called. The GM was persistent but professional about me coming back and giving them another chance, i listened to him and after mickey personally called me and contacted me through his personal cellphone i accepted his business. The fallowing day chuck whitley contacted me and was ecstatic in making a deal for me. After a few conversation he found the perfect car for me. I went in to finish some paperwork and upon arriving i was greeted with professionalism from alec saenz and was trilled to get me going with my volkswagen passat. After a few signatures i was ready to go, could not be any happier to drive out with not just a great car but a very professional experience from the sales team member(alec), The sales manager Chuck and the GM Mickey thank you so much. More

I haven’t been wanting to get a new VW because I’ve always had a Mazda and held a particular liking to the brand. Juanpi showed me every option possible and explained everything to the utmost detail. He’s extremely knowledgeable on the product and you can tell he genuinely trusts VW as a brand. After a few hours and countless uncertain thoughts on my end, I found my dream car and for a price that I can afford. I’m beyond happy and recommend Juanpi to anyone who is as particular and picky as I am. I may be a bit bias because he is my fiancé, but I assure you that you will not be disappointed. Erin helped get us started when we walked in the door and Chuck helped facilitate. Erin was awesome and expedient. She worked quickly and arranged everything we needed (included dropping off the current lease) seamlessly. She went the extra mile and set up the car to greet me with my name and showed us some neat (and maybe lesser known) features the Atlas has. The delearship itself is really cute and super clean. I loved looking at the old cars! We live 90 miles from this dealership and we happily recommend it. Worth the drive! More
