Upon arriving at the dealership I was enthusiastically greeted by Ruben, he showed me the car, it was flawless, we did a little paperwork, and I then saw Brandon Headrick in the finance department to finalize everything, easy and flawless process. Prior to Ruben bringing me to the car and going over everything I was greeted by the GM, Micky, and the owner, Brian, they both thanked me for buying from VW of Naples again !!!! Great experience, and I love the car !!!!! More
