My main reason for going to this dealership was to sell my GMC truck. I told the Henson other Dealership was offering 32000 and he said well give you 32000 for it or 33 or whatever it takes to make the dea my GMC truck. I told the Henson other Dealership was offering 32000 and he said well give you 32000 for it or 33 or whatever it takes to make the deal..As we walked to his office to discuss monthly payments I asked how much did you give me for my truck and he replied 32. So here I am signing all the paperwork thinking we had a verbal agreement the contract states it was 30,200 dollars and that’s not what we had a verbal agreement on.I called and spoke with the Sales Manager named John on Thursday afternoon and he said he would look into it and call me back the next day which was Friday.I didn’t receive a call on Monday so I called today on Tuesday and by the way on Monday when I called they said they would call me back after I was on hold for over 30 minutes.I feel that if you said out of your mouth that you was going to give me what I asked for why is there something different on the contract and no one still hasn’t contacted me so I’m done with this dealership I will never be purchasing another from there.Nor will any of my Family members.John said that I was using the survey as leverage to get what I want but actually what was agreed.But I understand how this company works so I’ll shop elsewhere.Meisha was great though very helpful. Also if you say your going to call someone back and your military you should stand by your word.Bad for business I will be writing my reviews elsewhere also.I will not just sweep this under the rug. More
