When I first walked into the dealership, the 3 salesmen were hesitant to help me. They all claimed to have an appointment coming up or they were busy with something else. Miguel offered to help after I sai were hesitant to help me. They all claimed to have an appointment coming up or they were busy with something else. Miguel offered to help after I said I wanted to test drive a Fit with a sunroof. I test drove and was ready to work out a deal. It was a frustrating process, but we got through it. Both the finance guy and Brook were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Having someone there to walk me through all the technology on my new car was an awesome touch! Then we were turned over to the Delivery Specialist Austin Walker, who gave an outstanding demonstration of all the technical electronic vehicle systems information and paired both our cell phones to the vehicle and made sure we knew how everything worked and where to go to find that information.
