She took me to her desk and we started discussing what exactly I was looking for. I informed her I was interested in a 4or5 series and I was looking to lease one of the vehicles with no money down. I was currently in the process of getting out of my lease with MB and if the swap a lease deal fell through I couldn't take on another lease but would be back 2021 when the lease was over. Mika took the time and explained that there were plenty of 2020 & 2019 new and loaner vehicles available and I could back out of the deal if the swap a lease fell through. I test drove 4 vehicles and ultimately settled on a 2109 5 series for 3 years, but one day later my swap a lease fell through, I informed Mika and she said she would take my C.C info and credit back my card without a problem but later that day the swap a lease went through, I informed Mika I would be taking a lease with BMW after all. My car was prepped the next day and was given a 30 minute tutorial by one of the BMW techs (I will not call them geniuses) and I was on my way after signing a few forms and a swipe of my CC for taxes, prep & tags. This is my 2nd car from Rallye as I've had a BMW before and couldn't be happier with my decision to go back to a quality dealership and driving the ultimate driving machine again. More
