Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly I visited Rallye BMW and was lucky enough to be greeted by Mika. I visited the dealership purely out of curiosity and two weeks later I drove off in a I visited Rallye BMW and was lucky enough to be greeted by Mika. I visited the dealership purely out of curiosity and two weeks later I drove off in a brand new 530i xdrive. Mika's approach is refreshing and unlike any other brand representatives that I have ever met. She is helpful, and customer centered. Being relatively new to leasing after a decade owning an Audi, Mika reviewed options with me and provided sound advice. This was my best dealership experience and I attribute that to Mika's unique approach. As long as my financial situation permits it, I will be a customer for life. My kids who are 6 and 4 had a great time at the dealership and Mika made sure they were comfortable during this process. More

Organized and professional Had an appointment to bring car for service and when I arrived there was a long queue. Sat in my car and a few minutes later someone took my name and Had an appointment to bring car for service and when I arrived there was a long queue. Sat in my car and a few minutes later someone took my name and put a tag in my car. Then I was told to pull into the service/waiting area and someone came over with an ipad took down my info and why I brought the car in for and helped set me up for a loaner. In minutes I was taken to the loaner and off I went. To sum it up, it was fairly quick and service was top notch. Everything moved along smoothly. Picking my car up was the same, fast and courteous.
