But, when I took it to another service center, they said the undercarriage was not rusted and they were able to perform the undercarriage was rusted. Awful services. I love the Jeep brand but unfortunately I never go back to this dealer. Michael's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I don't recommend the experience with my Jeep there to anyone. three days to correct something and when they deliver the vehicle to you it's the same, you explain to Michael to check and the first answer is that the work was done. If I didn’t insist, I would have taken my vehicle with the same problem that I took it for. Later, Mike himself confirms that they will have to work the vehicle again because it is not actually repaired. After they give it to me again, I feel a sound that the vehicle did not have. apparently on the air filter. I ask a mechanic or some employee who was outside if that very nice person could assist me (I regret not remembering his name) he confirms that he does hear the sound and is going to tell mike to come check it out. When mike comes back to me to my car, I explain to him what I feel in the car and the sound. He says that nothing can be heard from the car. Another man comes, I don't know his name and he says that the car arrived with that sound. then if there was a sound !!! then they took the car inside again. When they took it out, it no longer had the sound and it was resolved and they didn't even have the courtesy to give me the car. They parked it and left the key inside without telling me anything. They really should take a customer service course because service is the least they provide. More
