My sales guy was phenomenal-Mike. He was very professional and took the time to answer my questions. I couldn’t take delivery of the car right away due to needed prep and service.He a He was very professional and took the time to answer my questions. Yet I was so disappointed with the final purchase experience during which Mike was not present. It was not transparent or honorable and diminished the joy of buying the car. A happy and pleased customer is so valuable. I wish I could tell people where I bought the car and what a good experience it was but I cannot. I just won’t mention where it was purchased and removed any reference to the dealership from the car, I talk about the car but not the buying process. More
