Excellent Customer Service! I walked in the dealership knowing what vehicle I wanted to purchase but found out it was sold during the weekend. After reviewing the used inventory I walked in the dealership knowing what vehicle I wanted to purchase but found out it was sold during the weekend. After reviewing the used inventory one last time, we found out the vehicle was returned and I immediately took it out for a test drive and signed the required documents! The employees, particularly Mr. James Johnson, assisted me with the vehicle purchase, providing excellent customer service; Mr. Johnson needs to be awarded “The Zeck Ford Belt of Excellence”! Quick, seamless, no pressure I recently went into Zeck Ford to trade my truck and my wife's van to get into new vehicles. I traded my truck for a brand new 2018 F150 and my wife g I recently went into Zeck Ford to trade my truck and my wife's van to get into new vehicles. I traded my truck for a brand new 2018 F150 and my wife got into a 2018 Fusion Hybrid. Mike Amaral gave us a value on our vehicles before we came in and stayed true to these numbers. Even though there were 2 vehicles being traded and 2 being leased, we were in and out within a reasonable time. Josh Stillian was very laid back and did not try to pressure us into anything. This trend continued when we went into finance. We were offered different options to go along with our lease, but were not badgered when we declined the extra options. Will recommend everyone I know to Zeck Ford. More
