Meanwhile, your car is in the service and when you ask him something they tell you leave the car for a week or two and then they’re going to do inspection without giving you answer how are you going to transfer this time. I will not buy jeep again for sure

Worst service I have ever received at a dealership.
I've been. To Russell, Westbrook Chrysler in Van Nuys California to have my jeep serviced on three occasions, and the service just seems to get worse
I've been. To Russell, Westbrook Chrysler in Van Nuys California to have my jeep serviced on three occasions, and the service just seems to get worse. I had to get an engine replaced for my 2018 jeep. I was informed that the job will be completed in no less than three weeks however, three weeks turned into three months. They kept giving me the runaround as to why the job wasn't completed. Furthermore, when I finally received my vehicle and drove it off the lot, my radio seized to work. Basically, I got a brand new engine and drove off with an electrical problem. I am highly disappointed and until changes are made with the management of that branch, I will not recommend that dealership to anyone I know.
