I scheduled an oil change and a software recall at 7 AM to be done on my Jeep Gladiator. They wanted me to leave my vehicle there all day, which I didn’t think was necessary. They got the work done in 2 ho to be done on my Jeep Gladiator. They wanted me to leave my vehicle there all day, which I didn’t think was necessary. They got the work done in 2 hours. The waiting area is not desirable. Bathrooms say not for public use, which makes a person think they were only for employees. I don’t live in Burbank, so I don’t need to worry about going back. More

They lied about what was wrong with my radio unit and then declined to fix it which is good since they were lying about what was wrong anyway. Saved me lots of money by refusing to do the work. They told me I needed to see an electrician and that it would cost me thousands when in actuality it was a simple fuse. Took it to another mechanic and the work was done in less than an hour. I also had to take 3 days off work while they had my vehicle just so they could turn around and refuse to fix it More
