I've been using these guys for years and always treated with respect and have always been satisfied with the quality of workmanship and professionalism. So alarmingly unprofessional. Was told the guy i charge of my car was busy but I got to the dealership and was told he was never there and called out sick. The show room is designed to look like a basket ball court with chain link fence around the waiting room. Loud rap music is playing in the dealership to the point where you have to raise your voice to talk to someone. The staff doesn’t wear masks even though LA has a mask mandate and they are dismissive of you. Not very confident in the “work” they did on my vehicle, took it to a mechanic and he is not happy with it. Just a really bad dealership it’s so much easier to buy your car or take your car somewhere else. More

We took our Jeep for an oil change and paid $100. Immediately after that, we noticed an oil leak. Called the dealer and took it back for inspection. They found the oil filter housing was cracked and Immediately after that, we noticed an oil leak. Called the dealer and took it back for inspection. They found the oil filter housing was cracked and wanted $2000 to fix it. They denied that they caused the damage, though the car only has 60K miles. Spoke to our mechanic and was told that something like that doesn't just happen on its own. It would have been caused by someone deliberately doing it. The dealer refused to accept responsibility, so we took it to our mechanic, who fixed it for less than half of what the dealer wanted. Stay away from this place! They are in the business of making money, even if it means creating work for themselves. More
