Unlike the Santa Monica location dealer, your dealership has clearly marked lanes where to pull in so no need for a service advisor to chastise the customer. There were even employees directing traffic in a has clearly marked lanes where to pull in so no need for a service advisor to chastise the customer. There were even employees directing traffic in assisting in a friendly manner. Then the process of changing a lightbulb was very easy and affordable. Thanks for the good service! More

I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment to repair my car after it had been diagnosed with Transmission problems. I told the Service Director, I believe his name is Mike, that the car was going to breakdown after it had been diagnosed with Transmission problems. I told the Service Director, I believe his name is Mike, that the car was going to breakdown and stop running before my appointment date. Mike assured me that if my car was unsafe to drive they wouldn’t have released it back to me to. He took my order number down and said he would contact me if I my appointment date could be moved up. He never called and less than a week later I had to call AAA to be towed in to your dealership. Lucky for me I was 2 miles away from the dealership and the AAA driver managed to readjust my transmission cable so I was able to drive it into Russell Westbrook. My appointment was never moved up so I didn’t get my car back for 2. 5 weeks. When it was returned it was unwashed with a painted half circle streek on my windshield. I also had a previous repair for my oil pan gasket. When the car was returned to me 3 weeks later it was unwashed and three day later the transmission trouble, that I have written about in the above paragraphs, began. I received the worst service imaginable. My husband says it is because I have a Official Chrysler Service Warranty and I’m being treated poorly because I am not paying full price! If that is true, I’m outraged! Next repair or oil change will be at the Chrysler Santa Monica dealership NOT Russell Westbrook. We’ll see if my patronage is treated with respect over there. More
