Made a reservation 3 weeks prior. Came in sat in my car

Leave overnight, i was not warned before I came. No call on work cost, no call that my car was ready. I called at 6:05 pm and told to come the next day, you close at 7:00. My wife had a 9:00 Dr appointment. I told Payman when I checked in…very poor customer service. I will not be back.

Not much more to say. I waited all day, phone in hand, 1st for cost of repair and give my approval. The 2nd call to pick my car up. NO calls came. Worried about getting my car to take my wife to the Dr. early the next morning, I called at 6:05 pm. A female said my car was ready. I ask for Uber to pick me up. She put my on hold for 10 minutes and did not come back. I called through again and she said the person that would approve Uber was not at his desk, she would call back. I waited until 6:40 and called back. Jr. said that I did not call in time, they close at 7;00. I said I had been trying for the past hour, it was their delay. Jr. said he did all he could do, he was very polite and sorry for the situation. I suggested to put my paperwork and key with sales personnel and I could be in by 7:10. He said it could not be done, company policy. I then called the person (Payman) on his phone and a message. He called around 8:00 and left me a message that he would make my car available the next morning. However it was to late to take my wife the the doctor. Why, it was just a leak in the container for my window wash! Thank you for not charging me for fixing the leak. But, it made for a very stressful day and night. Tough on a man 84 years old.
