Good work on the recall part installation. Misdiagnosis for “dead battery.” Was just bad terminals, not bad battery. I was urged to replace the battery for $450 (!) so proper diagnosis could take place eve for “dead battery.” Was just bad terminals, not bad battery. I was urged to replace the battery for $450 (!) so proper diagnosis could take place even though I told them it was a brand new battery. Diagnosis that PCM replacement would solve airbag light also not correct. I hunted one down, had it installed and same problem. Feels like a waste of $200 for that “diagnosis.” More

I took my jeep in for an oil change and service. Armen my service agent was waiting to assist me. No waiting. It was going to take 3 to 4 hours for the service. They offered me an Uber home. My vehicle was ready in a little over an hour. I am very pleased with my Jeep I purchased from Westbrook and the quality of the service department was excellent. I highly recommend this dealership. Was told it would be 2-3 hours for an oil change & car wash. They took my jeep in at 7:30am. I waited until 11am & I asked how much longer it was going to be.
