They were exceptional! Came to my place of worked and pi led up my truck for an oil change. Told me I needed new tires and gave me an excellent deal! I took my van in for noise from a vibration. It still makes that noise. The person who called me said the mechanic didn’t hear it. So they offered a tire rotation and alignment. When I got my van back th makes that noise. The person who called me said the mechanic didn’t hear it. So they offered a tire rotation and alignment. When I got my van back the mechanic had stated on my paperwork that the heat shield was rattling but they didn’t fix it! Also, my low tire pressure alert has been on since they worked on my vehicle.
