car trouble I was traveling through Minnesota when my car had some major electrical issues. I was able to get off the interstate in St Cloud and find your Ford d I was traveling through Minnesota when my car had some major electrical issues. I was able to get off the interstate in St Cloud and find your Ford dealership. The service department staff (namely Mike A.) was fantastic. He listened to what I had to say and then got right on trying to troubleshoot the problem. When it was determined that my car needed repairs that required it to stay in St Cloud, Mike was great about getting me setup with a rental car. Throughout the next couple of days he kept me up to date on the status of my car through texts. When I returned the following Monday, the part was suppose to be arriving shortly. Mike made sure that as soon as it got there the technician got it put in and my car was ready to go. A very unfortunate and anxiety-ridden situation was made not so bad by the attitude and concern shown to me by Mike and the service crew. Thanks so much!!! More

They told me I would get a call in a couple weeks so they could finish the reca I have had my truck in for previous recall work and it was a disaster. A friend of mine brought his truck in for the same work and it was done all in one day! I feel like these probate nice and all but really aren’t prepared for recall services. I have to drive 120 miles round trip and feel like they could care less about that. Maybe I should just buy local..... More
