I took my van in for noise from a vibration. It still makes that noise. The person who called me said the mechanic didn’t hear it. So they offered a tire rotation and alignment. When I got my van back th makes that noise. The person who called me said the mechanic didn’t hear it. So they offered a tire rotation and alignment. When I got my van back the mechanic had stated on my paperwork that the heat shield was rattling but they didn’t fix it! Also, my low tire pressure alert has been on since they worked on my vehicle. Close.. Communication seems to be an issue. We have brought our F550 service body truck in for routine maintenance since it was new, and use a fleet managemen Communication seems to be an issue. We have brought our F550 service body truck in for routine maintenance since it was new, and use a fleet management company for payment. In three service visits the billing has never been done correctly. We have had to call in more than once per service visit to straighten this out, one time we had to make a personal visit to the billing department. The last visit we were told the truck shop was too busy to complete the recommended tire rotation. More

Took car in for a recall on the pasenger side airbag I attempted on 3 different occasions over several months to schedule a defective air bag replacement and in each case, the dealer refused to provide a I attempted on 3 different occasions over several months to schedule a defective air bag replacement and in each case, the dealer refused to provide a loaner car. The cards I received from Ford instructing me to replace the dangerous defective air bag stated a loaner car could be provided. Every attempt I made to schedule the service I was refused a loaner car. I need a car to get to and from work. I finally took it in during time off I had during the holiday season, when I could do with out a car for the day and walked home and walked back to retrieve my car. The service people I did interact with were very polite and the work seems to have been done well. The refusal by Tenvoorde co.to provide a loaner car is very disappointing. More

Service review Overall happy with the experience. A couple of concerns/frustrations. Every time I get my oil changed oil leaks on my garage floor. I had my brakes Overall happy with the experience. A couple of concerns/frustrations. Every time I get my oil changed oil leaks on my garage floor. I had my brakes done a couple of years ago, they are squeaking now and it’s 100$ to troubleshoot the problem. I use you for all repairs as does my wife, we’ve both purchased new tires from you.. just seems like there should be customer loyalty discount for smaller items such as troubleshooting squeaky brakes. Positive note, staff is always upfront, polite and professional and that’s what keeps us coming back. More
