My issue was taken care of quickly. I worked again with Mike concerning the problem and he is very easy to work with. I was quite excited about my car noise and he was very calming and I worked again with Mike concerning the problem and he is very easy to work with. Mike in the Service Center Mike was amazing and really went above and beyond to address all concerns I had. Even something small, like replacing my windshield wiper fluid spraye Mike was amazing and really went above and beyond to address all concerns I had. Even something small, like replacing my windshield wiper fluid sprayer, he went out of his way to install himself, without an appointment. Personnel have changed over time, but their courtesy, effectiveness, and efficiency remains consistent. Consistency is the key; even though local shops may be less expensive, knowing that I'll get top flight service with a smile is worth it. Also, the granola bars and coffee continue to be available and a treat for early morning service appointments. More

Excellent Maintenance Work I take my company vehicle here often for oil changes and tire rotations since I put on a lot of miles. I keep coming back for the great customer servi I take my company vehicle here often for oil changes and tire rotations since I put on a lot of miles. I keep coming back for the great customer service and the work that they do. I mostly just stick around while they complete the service which allows me to get work done on my computer. I also have done the option to use the shuttle service which is great to go home for awhile while they work on my vehicle. Will keep coming back! More
