Will never be back We brought our f150 in for the shifting recall, and they did the recall but we were told we needed a new water pump. We were told it was leaking and We brought our f150 in for the shifting recall, and they did the recall but we were told we needed a new water pump. We were told it was leaking and the tank was empty. We brought it to our mechanic and he said that is a bunch of crap. There is nothing wrong with it and it isn't leaking. I think your service department tries to find things wrong when you do a recall just to make some money off of the recall More

Worst customer service I’ve experienced during a car sale Picked up the vehicle a purchase to find the vehicle received absolutely no detailing. There was pop all over the interior. Only fixed one of the two things that was agreed upon during the sale. Vehicle barely had gas in it, after the seller said he would have it ready with a full tank of gas. Lots of flaws that could have and should have been covered and as avoided by the dealer. More
