I simply stood up and walked away, when the sales manager told me to "Calm Down". He was definitely wanted me to know he was in charge.He showed no respect for me the customer. I was treated very poorly by the sales manager. I cannot imagine how he would have treated me if I was female by myself. Please note.... The rest of the staff was outstanding. More

Cheerful, accommodating, helpful I found the car that I wanted at the price I wanted at Luther which was five hours away from where I live! The deal was very easy to execute over the phone in the car was ready when we arrived. Everybody was happy to see us, they were very cheerful and made us comfortable. The business office got to us right away and service immediately accommodated some changes that I needed to make. The salesman was always looking ahead to the next stop and help to get everything arranged, he even help me move my things from my old car into my new car. This is the third time in a month I've been involved with a car purchase and on the two other occasions we waited an extended period of time for the business office, the car wasn't ready, the salesman didn't move the process forward there were issues in the sales office once there and with the vehicle. It was all due to lack of preparation lack of communication within those organizations. Luther Hyundai was a breath of fresh air by comparison. More
