We have been coming to your facility for over a decade now. We followed your excellent Service Manager, Mike Baker, when he went to your location after the dealership we had all been a part of for over now. We followed your excellent Service Manager, Mike Baker, when he went to your location after the dealership we had all been a part of for over 15 years, finally closed its doors. We want you to know that Mike is the main reason we have our cars repaired at your site. We don’t think you could have a more professional individual in charge of things in the service arena. The close supervision and communication he has attained with his Service Writers and his incredible work ethic have always made us feel quite comfortable in having any work done on our vehicles. Our last two visits can attest to this. Mike and his primary Service Writer, Dean Fay, went above and beyond to squeeze us into the schedule in order to make repairs quickly for us. The parts that were needed were not in stock, so Dean did a local search to get the missing items quickly in order to complete the repairs so we wouldn’t have to wait another few days. The different repairs needed were communicated back to us quickly in order to keep us informed of the progress. Needless to say, that was definitely appreciated! We have found that the Service Team that Mike has put together always strives to address the customers’ needs first. The team goes above and beyond to get the vehicles placed back on our driveway after the work has been completed too! We would like to thank Mike again for his integrity and his friendship.
