We just bought a new car from the Sullivan Buick. Our salesperson, Mike Ayoub, did everything he could to make sure we got the car we liked and that we were happy. Mike drafted different costs options to us, and even got us a discount from the Costco Auto Program Promotion about which we did not know and did not ask about. Mike was very upfront and friendly. And Tony from the Finance Department expedited paperwork in a very efficient manner, and was a pleasure to work with. This is our third car from this dealership. We are customers of this dealership for over 20 years because of their outstanding service and wonderful people working there. Thank you all involved in our recent purchase, and thank you all from the Service Department (in particular to Mike Baker and Victor Gomez) for the wonderful continued service. I dealt with a trifecta of Mike's at Sullivan, and all 3 were outstanding. Mike Ayoub, the used car manager was great. He was very straight forward, and did not pull any punches. Mike in finance was also a pleasure to deal with and was very thorough in his explanation of everything I did. I purchased some accessories from GM and upon arrival, not only did Mike give me a nice discount on the items, but he did not charge me for an item that he advised me I should not take. I'd recommend Sullivan Buick GMC to anyone and would actually consider purchasing my next car from there despite living 1,000 miles away. More

Sales and Finance Departments were great. I was very disappointed in Service department. I purchased a brand new Buick Encore and within 24 hours of owning it, the engine malfunction light came on. The service advisor did a very poor job of communicating status of the vehicle. After almost a week in the shop, the dealership gave me another new car. Second key fob didn’t work. Had to return to dealership for the 4th time in a 10-day period. I was not happy with the treatment I received. This service advisor was rude and condescending. Will not be using Sullivan again. More

The lease was up on my 2017 Buick Regal. I wanted another but they aren't making them any longer and I still wanted a sedan. Danny found me a beautiful 2018 Cadillac ATS with only 13k miles still wi another but they aren't making them any longer and I still wanted a sedan.
