We received a recall letter about our airbags that stated we were not to bring the vehicle in until we experienced the problem. While we were on an extended vacation in the middle of nowhere,we experienced the problem. There was not a Buick dealer for hundreds of miles. We had a local mechanic look at it and he couldn't find anything wtong. We called Sullivan after we got back and we were told that because now that we were over the mileage limit stated in the letter they expected us to pay for them to take a look at the vehicle. Way to stand behind your product and treat your cutomers. We were thinking of buying another Buick but not now and not from Sullivan. Be forwarned! More

A Professional Operation Just traded in my 3rd Buick for my 4th. Early on I used to go to Joe Mitchell Buick, as the son was a friend. It closed a several years back and the service manager, Mike Baker, who is a seasoned service manager and who I consider a friend and have known for well over ten years, came over to Sullivan and, I'm pretty sure, has been here since. I stopped by a year or two ago and asked him to introduce me to a sales person. He took me to Mike Ayoub, who really took the time to show me some cars and to know what it is I really wanted. I didn't feel pressured, just gently guided, which is what he should do and that's OK by me. I wasn't ready then, but I went back last Thursday because of my positive experience with Mike A. (said "Yo" to Baker) and he was able to have a fine used car at a extremely fair price. And Carrie in finance, she is a pro. Great experience. The way I determine how good I think a place is, is if the same employees are there year after year. These two gentleman have been. As well as others, for sure. And, they have good coffee in the waiting lounge as well. More

I love my Cascada!! Saw a Buick Cascada on line as we were searching for a new car. Drove by Sullivan Buick GMC. Stopped in to see if they had a Cascada on site. They did and we fell in love with a 2016 black on black Cascada with low mileage and a certified warranty better than original manufacturer’s. We were determined not to buy the first car we saw but Chris was very informative, low pressure and feel made us feel very secure in our quick purchase. We absolutely love new car. More

I met the sales manager who assigned Shelly Barr to be my sales associate.. I told her my$$$ range and she went to work pulling up records of SUV I couold consider. I picked one and Mike agreed it was a really good vehicle. I bought it. Then the :fun" began Shelly was so very patient with a non-teck person with all the new features that I had not previously had > I still have lots to learn but I know if I can't figure something important I can go back and see Shelly.
