Outstanding integrity and customer service Bought a vehicle with no warranty. Motor seized. Sullivan's replaced at zero cost to me and gave me loaner during process. They were not obligated to do that, but they choose to help us in this situation. They also arranged to have a towing company from Arlington Heights come down to my home in Princeton, IL to pickup my vehicle to take back to the dealership at no cost to me. It is so rare to find a car dealership who would go completely out of there way to help us and absorb the cost to replace a motor. I'd certainly recommend Sullivan Buick GMC to anyone in the market for a vehicle. The GM, Sales staff and Service department all have outstanding integrity and really show that they truly care about their customers. Thanks so much for everything you did for my family. More

Bait And Switch. I recently was trying to buy a 2015 GMC Canyon for the sticker price $ 39,990.00. I offerd 37k CASH. They informed me that the price didn't reflect the sticker. It was more then reflected. They tried to steer me to other vehicles on the lot. It's the classic "Bait & Switch"! Stay away!! More

Great experience of finding a new preowned car! I needed to get a new pre-owned vehicle. I've used Sullivan Buick for service on my LeSaber. Mike Baker had recommended a few Lucernes on the pre-ow I needed to get a new pre-owned vehicle. I've used Sullivan Buick for service on my LeSaber. Mike Baker had recommended a few Lucernes on the pre-owned lot. I had my cousin checking on-line while I was cleaning out my LeSaber. Ray Silvey, Salesman, had the both cars brought out front of the offices. My sister and I couldn't believe what great condition the 2006 Buick Lucerne was in; it looked brand new and only 28,744 miles on it and the price was right. Ray was very nice told me all about the 2006 Buick Lucerne and we took it for a test drive. Ray made the process buying a vehicle pleasant and made us feel like we knew him for years. Mike O'Connell, Finance, knows his job. He went through the forms, stopped and explained things to me when I had questions. He also made it a pleasant situation while you are buying a pre-owned vehicle. More

Purchasing My Retirement Vehicle This is my first GMC vehicle. And, since I just retired, this is going to be the vehicle I use to "drive the USA" The purchasing experience was excellent. My salesman, Mike Ayoub, was extremely patient with me during this process. Not once was he pushy - and, made sure all my requirements (color) and options(2 were aftermarket) were on the GMC Acadia I purchased. This vehicle is a little more advanced that my old Jeep was. Mike made sure I was confortable with all the bells & whistles before I left the lot The Sullivan group were all so courteous, helpful and so professional. The finance department made the financing part of this process a breeze. The service department also immediately tweaked an aftermarket item. I look forward to a long relationship with the Sullivan Group. Thank you guys for such a Great Experience More

Replaced Tow Hitch Cover I recently bought a new Enclave here and brought car in for first free oil change. I noticed the fascia cover over the tow hitch was missing and deale I recently bought a new Enclave here and brought car in for first free oil change. I noticed the fascia cover over the tow hitch was missing and dealer sales manager got me a free replacement while service guys got my car done quick without an appointment and brought it out all polished up. Fantastic experience all around to go with the best deal I could find on my car trade in and purchase. More

Service manager, Mike Baker, does an excellent job overseeing this department and is always available to assist. Both Mike and Dave are wonderful assets to the Sullivan Buick Team. We have a wonderful long time experience with the Sullivan’s service department where my wife’s old Buick Regal gets service. The service center is excellent, the people here are trustworthy and very pleasant (Mike Baker, we greatly appreciate your help over the years, thank you!). We always feel comfortable here. The purchasing experience on December 30, 2014 was very pleasant. Not only did we get a good deal on our Buick Enclave but also an outstanding customer service. Jeremy did a great job with the entire process, and at the end explained to us all the features of the car. A transfer of the license plates and stickers from my old car to the new one was done in a very short time. Also getting an extended warranty was a quick process thanks to Bill. Awesome experience / Geniune people that care! I called Mike Ayoub on a car that I found on the internet. He was very pleasant and did not have that salesman personality where you feel like they ar I called Mike Ayoub on a car that I found on the internet. He was very pleasant and did not have that salesman personality where you feel like they are willing to sell you anything. He actually listened to what I had to say. The true test for me was when I told him I had some appointments to take care of then I would call him, instead of pressuring me to purchase he said ok and thanked me politely and gave me his card. I was sold right then! I will not purchase a vehicle from anyone who wants to try and muscle me into it, with Mike it was the complete opposite. When I went to the see the finance manager he was very personal able and genuine which is rare in a car dealership. When there was an issue with transferring my plates he worked hard making sure everything was correct when I left. There was an issue with the car when I was driving home so I called Mike and he told me to talk to manager Mike in the service department. The next day I went in and talked to him and he actually took the car on a test drive with me to see what the issue is. That is true customer service, I am a manger for UPS and I understand how easily you can get tied up managing your responsibilities so for him to take the time to go for a ride with me shows he truly understands the meaning of customer service. I have always shopped online to find the best deal for my cars but from now on I will only be going to Sullivan Buick, everyone there understands the meaning of customer service! More
