He is outstanding, honest, kind, and caring to everyone who comes in for service. The BEST in the business. When it was time to trade in our Encore this week we were fortunate to have Shelly Barr take us under her wing and make the whole process a breeze. The minute you meet her you know she is happy working at Sullivans, she knows everything about the cars, and helped us choose the perfect one for us! All without any pressure. If you hate the thought of buying a car because of the stress that usually accompanies the process. Stop by and see Shelly Barr. You will be forever grateful. Feel secure in her hands. Was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to explain everything. She even took us into service where we met Mike Baker, the head of the service department. He and Brian spent time going over the car fax report and discussed the condition of vehicle and what we could expect from the service depart. Finished up with Mike O'Connell in finance. He was honest, reasonable & efficient. Would highly recommend this dealer for a professional, no nonsense car buying experience. More

Straight forward no hassle purchase of a new vehicle. Initially talked to Service manager last fall about the 2018 Acadia ( asked if there were any on the lot that I could walk over to just to see what th Initially talked to Service manager last fall about the 2018 Acadia ( asked if there were any on the lot that I could walk over to just to see what they looked like and to look at the stickers.. He left the service area and took me out to the lot and showed me where they were and gave brief overview which impressed me since took the time from his busy department. Sales Consultant was very professional, well versed with the vehicle I was interested in. Cost for vehicle was presented in an easy to understand format that made closing the deal easy.. Low key sales approach (No pressure to purchase today) which I prefer. Completing the paperwork was straight forward and the financial manger was very efficient and paperwork was completed in a timely manner. Left with my new vehicle after approximately three hours there. More

Nothing but the best! I have been coming to Sullivan GMC for years because of the excellent staff in the Service Dept., especially Mike Baker and Victor Gomez. Our current I have been coming to Sullivan GMC for years because of the excellent staff in the Service Dept., especially Mike Baker and Victor Gomez. Our current vehicle, with over 80,000 miles, needed more work and it was time to think new car. While in the waiting room, Shelley Barr, Sales Rep. came in to talk about a new deal being offered by GM. We chatted for a while. Two weeks later, I discussed some options with Mike Baker and decided to come in with my wife to look around at different models. I contacted Shelley and we met later that day. She was great. With some detailed mechanical information gotten from Mike Baker, we looked at four models, 2 Buick and 2 GMC. A test drive later and we were sold on the Terrain. We also met Mike, the Sales Mgr. He was great as well. All involved took great care to answer all questions and give us a great deal. This dealership is the best. If you want a car, see them! More

Bad business I’m back with a update on a negative review I wrote about them doing garbage work on my Durango. After the GM read my negative review he asked me to I’m back with a update on a negative review I wrote about them doing garbage work on my Durango. After the GM read my negative review he asked me to call so I did, here’s how it went, 5 visits and over a month later they weren’t able to make the door look like new as they promised before I bought the vehicle. Again it’s a freaking door and they can’t seem to get it right. When I talked to the GM he said they would fix it and that’s a lie. Not happy with them or Grossinger Hyaudai. Shelley dsaid it would look like new when she sold me the truck and that’s a lie. You can obviously tell that the door has imperfections. over a month it took them and still, it’s not what they promised. Be careful when they promise something. More

Yes and No So for the record this Dealer does have good customer service but one thing really bothers me about this place. I bought a used SUV from them that had So for the record this Dealer does have good customer service but one thing really bothers me about this place. I bought a used SUV from them that had crease on the passenger door. I really liked it, the color is beautiful and it was the make I was in the market for being Thant it's not a make that they sell. Low mileage etc. They promised they would fix It which they did, but the work is equivalent to someones garage at home. I had to take it back because the rubber molding was dangling, but they replaced it which I appreciate. The door has been filled with bondo instead of the metal straightened filled then painted. They didn't even buff it out it there was a dull spot. They said they were seeing if they can get it buffed out, but haven't heard from them yet. So you know what I did? I took it to a body shop and they couldn't believe what they saw. they buffed it out for me for $25 and showed me that the door has dried up bondo drips at the very bottom. bondo is a porous and it's going to suck up all the water like a sponge and probably rust quick. the paint looks better but I have a wavy door and the pair has two bubbles from the crappy paint job. $30,000 truck with a ugly door. I'm sharing this so no one else has this problem. still waiting on their call. Geoff Sulkowski went above and beyond to get my molding replaced, Thanks Geoff! More

First class service, no pressure tactics, repeat buyer! I have purchased 3 cars in just under 2 years from Mike Ayoub and he continues to meet and exceed my expectations overtime I buy another car from him! I have purchased 3 cars in just under 2 years from Mike Ayoub and he continues to meet and exceed my expectations overtime I buy another car from him! Ariel Szwec, the general manager, runs a tight (but fair) ship and it shows in the level of caring and compassion shown by all levels throughout the Sullivan organization! Jason Askew, one of the newest members of the team, but a seasoned finance manager and true "car guy" (Grand National, Corvette and Harley Road King), was extremely accommodating and sped us through the finance process but did so while making sure that my wife and I understood every document we were signing. I have to mention Daniel Szwec as well as he provided support to Mike and Ariel and did so while making sure that My wife and I were treated as if we were part of the family! I also have all of my vehicles regularly serviced by Sullivan and Mike Baker and his team are outstanding as well! I can't speak highly enough about the Sullivan experience! More
