A Very Satisfied Customer!! When shopping for my new car, I was originally considering the Dodge Durango but was not completely in love with the truck. I fell in love with it's beautiful body style and classy interior. I found Sullivan Buick/GMC where I met my salesman Mike Ayoub. Every bit of my purchase experience was top notch. Great sales, finance and service. Mike helped me through every step of the way and was genuine and sincere in all his efforts to make sure that I was comfortable and satisfied with my purchase! More

I usually hate the hastle of buying a new car My wife and I bought a Buick 2014 Lacrosse. Gabe Szwec was extremely helpful in explaining all options and making sure we got what we call the best car for us, Both the exterior and internal colors that we located . He assured us that Sullivan Buick sales force and service dept., would we there to help us if we had any problems. Both my wife and I couldn't be any more pleased with the total experience of buying a car from Sullivan.. They know how to make you relax and enjoyed the experience. More

Sales Consultant Mike Ayoub and his manager Lou Mostaccio were very friendly and listened to my needs. Mike was well versed in the Acadia and provided a great review of the updates done to the Acadia. To were very friendly and listened to my needs. To meet my needs Lou and Mike worked with the Service Department Manager (Mike Baker) to have running boards shipped over night and installed so that I could pick up the vehicle the next day. Going the extra mile to provide customer service, Mike A. came in on his day off so that I could pick up my new Acadia. Thanks again to all of you for making this purchase hassle free. More

I had My 2005 Buick Rendevous Ultra in 4 service, with 2 yr. extended warranty. I received a 2014 GMC Arcadia loaner car somehow somewhere on the Right side of the Vehicle there where NUMEROUS scratches. Wh yr. extended warranty. I received a 2014 GMC Arcadia loaner car somehow somewhere on the Right side of the Vehicle there where NUMEROUS scratches. When I spoke with Dave @ 1st, He introduced Me to Mr. Mike Baker. If you are wondering why Sullivan Buick and GMC has such high ratings it’s because they truly deserve it, but not only that, they’ve earned it. I can honestly say I was treated with the respect and dignity high ratings it’s because they truly deserve it, but not only that, they’ve earned it. I can honestly say I was treated with the respect and dignity as a customer would like to feel, should feel, and expect. No one wants to be treated like another dollar sign; after all, if you want my business then you need to earn it. But as I digress, my story starts out when I first went to Sullivan to look at the new 2012 Buick Regal GS where I met Gabe Szwec. I wasn’t ready to make my purchase just yet, but Gabe promised that if I was serious, I would be back. With that said I wanted to shop around and went to another dealership, one close to the area. Without naming that dealership, I was treated very poorly, harassed, hassled, deceived, and even made to feel guilted. That’s when I decided enough with the lies and harassment, I should not, nor anyone else be made out to feel like I just did. Gabe was right, I found myself back at Sullivan. Gabe Szwec took the time to make me feel comfortable and treated me with respect and dignity as any buyer should feel, especially with the magnitude of the purchase at stake. Not only was Gabe batting for me, but his brother Dan Szwec the new car sales manager was also on my side. Together we were able to come to an agreement where I felt like I didn’t have to play any games, nor was it a battle. I got what I wanted for my trade in and was exactly where I needed and WANTED to be with my monthly payment. However, without Gabe or Dan, or the rest of the wonderful staff at Sullivan, I don’t think I would be as happy as I am now. I can genuinely say I feel good about my decision, not only on the vehicle I chose, but more importantly who I chose to purchase this large investment from. Sullivan also later went above and beyond in their service department as well when I had an issue, not a fault of their own, but an act of nature. Gabe was a big help in getting me the service I needed which quite honestly was no surprise to me, even though Gabe works in sales and not in service. Gabe scheduled everything and spoke to their service manager, Mike Baker who was also very accommodating. At this point I worked with Mike directly and as you could guess, he took care of my issue with complete satisfaction. I cannot speak any more highly of Mike Baker, or anyone else that works at Sullivan for that matter, that especially goes for Gabe and Dan Szwec. Sullivan’s sales staff will help you and make you feel like a person who they care about and genuinely want your business. However, it didn’t end there as they also have the service to back that, unlike most dealerships where all they want is your money and then leave you feeling high and dry when you need service. I could not be happier and after buying cars from all different brands and dealerships in my lifetime, Sullivan is the perfect model of how ALL dealerships should be run. Thank you very much.
