BEST car buying experience ever !!!! Honest This was our first experience with Sullivan Buick. We found a buick enclave online, and we drove from Wisconsin to see it. We wanted a specific car, This was our first experience with Sullivan Buick. We found a buick enclave online, and we drove from Wisconsin to see it. We wanted a specific car, white, cocoa interior, running boards, DVD entertainment system, dual moon roofs, 3rd row seating for grandkids! This car is everything we wanted, fully loaded! We called ahead with a few questions, that were answered right away. We made an appointment with Mike Ayoub, and we were greeted when we arrived! The entire experience with Sullivan is by far the best car buying experience we have had. Mike Ayoub, is kind, experienced, professional and friendly. We had one small issue with the car, and we brought it back the next morning to service where we simply drove into a heated garage, we were greeted with a smile, door opened for us, when the car was ready, we were escorted to the parking lot, to show us where our car was parked. Sullivan is a CLASS act! We were treated with professionalism. We will recommend your dealership to family and friends, and will definately buy our next car at Sullivan! More

He was kind and courteous, and thoroughly knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the cars he showed us. We were made to feel comfortable during the entire process, not always easy when spending a large wad of cash. I would recommend him to family and friends anytime. Mike O'Connell helped us through the finance process also making us feel quite at home. This is the second time John has helped us in financing a car and we felt like old friends - very enjoyable. Once of the main reasons we keep coming back to Sullivan is Mike Baker. Mike and his staff are always approachable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We not only use Sullivan for warranty issues but also all of our other maintenance work, even thought there are well-qualified mechanics closer to home. She went above and beyond for me during one of my service visits. She was incredibly helpful, supportive, friendly and very knowledgeable about my situation and helped make my experience a great one. Her individual attention made me feel like she was really taking care of me, and not like I was just another face in the crowd. And secondly, Mike Baker, who is the head of the service department, who also went above and beyond for me. Both Mike and Cindy were amazing to work with and Sullivan is lucky to have them both.
