More than just a few steps beyond exceptional Absolutely could not ask for more from the Sullivan sales team of Shelly Barr, Mike O'Connell & Dan Szwec as well as Mike Baker in service. They went beyond anything we could have expected to get us into a new GMC Terrain. Thanks to GM for being there for us for the last 28 years. More

Great CustomerService I'd like to give a shout out to two employees at Sullivan Buick. First off, Cindy Laser who is one of the service advisors. She went above and beyon I'd like to give a shout out to two employees at Sullivan Buick. First off, Cindy Laser who is one of the service advisors. She went above and beyond for me during one of my service visits. She was incredibly helpful, supportive, friendly and very knowledgeable about my situation and helped make my experience a great one. Her individual attention made me feel like she was really taking care of me, and not like I was just another face in the crowd. And secondly, Mike Baker, who is the head of the service department, who also went above and beyond for me. Both Mike and Cindy were amazing to work with and Sullivan is lucky to have them both. More

Horrible Customer Service .Bought 2 new vehicles same day. Was sold $1,800 protection package for each vehicle. Sent my new 2016 GMC Sierra to their vendor to have the protecti .Bought 2 new vehicles same day. Was sold $1,800 protection package for each vehicle. Sent my new 2016 GMC Sierra to their vendor to have the protection applied. When I got it back, the truck was ruined. Seats soaked with chemical (say goodbye to the new car smell!!), the solvent running down the doors and splashed/sprayed all over the vinyl trim and dash and instrument panel without even an effort to wipe clean, solvent puddled in the rear sliding window track, headliner stained, the leather now looks like shiny cheap vinyl upholstery, ALL of the exterior chrome stained with exterior chemicals (still trying to buff it all out), undercoating tar all over the exterior of my new white truck (can't even get at the spray between the cab and truck bed), chrome running boards and expensive chrome exhaust pipe covered with the tar, the inside driver door speaker even had tar running down it (still trying to get it out of the mesh, probably going to need to remove it since the toothpicks and q-tips aren't getting it all), and then the bad news!!!! A 14" scratch across the hood of my new $55,000 truck!!!! I was sick to my stomach and needless to say FURIOUS. 10 hours later and my wife and I are still trying to get the truck cleaned and detailed to try and restore it somewhat to the condition it was in before they got their hands on it. Their solution was to bring the vendor out to tell me, that he is sorry it happened, it should never have happened, BUT he could see how it could happen because they are so busy and doing so many vehicles per day, and then asks me...."haven't you ever made a mistake?"!!!!!!! Told him that if any single one of the issues happened it might be considered a mistake. When ALL of these issues happen to one vehicle, it's clear indication of horrible quality shop!!! Needless to say we went back and grabbed my wife's new 2016 Enclave before they could trash it, and we are still waiting to hear back on a reimbursement for what she spent on the package. They must stand accountable for the work their vendors do, and you only get one chance to make a good first impression. So service department failed miserably on this one. If this is the condition the vehicles come back from this vendor in and that's acceptable to Sullivan, then they need to detail the vehicle before returning it to the customer. Also now have a nick and ding in the Enclave from the night it spent in their lot waiting to go in for protection package. We actually had a good buying experience, or I wouldn't have bought 2 vehicles in one day, but evidently, once they have sold you $110,000 in vehicles in one day, I guess they feel they have no further obligation to you. If you feel you must buy a car from Sullivan, DO NOT buy the $1,800 protection package so they can send your new vehicle to the vendor to be trashed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Always ask for Service Advisor Dave Hetzel who truly understands Customer Service. And the fact that his technical expertise is outstanding makes coming in for a repair a true joy. He always listens and because Dave is a "Car Guy" he understands where the customer is coming from. I admittedly am finicky with my cars and Dave and Sullivan have never let me down. The factory would not repair the problem I had. I then met with Dave and the Service Manager, Mike Baker, and went over the circumstances. Mike decided that since the repair was so unusual Sullivan would pick up the tab for fixing the problem. This truly shows that satisfied customers are important to Sullivan and I would recommend them to everyone. More

Great Customer experience want all to know what an awesome dealership Sullivan GMC is in Arlington Heights. First the sales approach to customers is the best I have experience want all to know what an awesome dealership Sullivan GMC is in Arlington Heights. First the sales approach to customers is the best I have experienced in 30 years plus in buying cars and trucks. No pressure ! I did have a problem with my NEW Canyon that I purchased in early November. It was making bad noise upon start up. After one month of repairs they finally fixed the problem. As you all know General Motors dictated the pace to the dealership. As it turns out I did not feel comfortable with a new vehicle purchase that already had major engine work. Sullivan stepped up in a huge way. The Service Manager Mike Baker was over the top professional in keeping me updated thru the whole process! Ariel Szwec the General Manager involved sales in finding me a replacement solution. The whole experience was better than ever expected! I would challenge any dealer to do a better job in satisfying a customer which Sullivan has done. More

Great Overall Experience I do not take a lot of time to write reviews, but my experience with Geoff Sulkowski and Sullivan Buick was exceptional. Geoff is a kind person and I I do not take a lot of time to write reviews, but my experience with Geoff Sulkowski and Sullivan Buick was exceptional. Geoff is a kind person and I wanted to make sure anyone who wants to deal with someone who is patient, very down to earth, knowledgeable and respectful knows to ask for him. My husband purchased his GMC from Geoff in 2012 and the transaction was also very smooth. I know from the reviews others feel the same way. I am glad that I can also say I had a great experience as well. • Geoff and Buick Sullivan valued my business and my time • Geoff and Buick Sullivan exemplified excellent customer service every step of the way • Geoff and Buick Sullivan gave me an excellent price on the car It is one of those rare experiences where you are happy to know the salesperson after purchasing a vehicle and feel confident that the dealership will continue the excellent service even after the sale. Another great service experience !!! Most recently I took my Lacrosse in for a noise I only heard while driving at 55 mph. The Service Dept. was professional, courteous, efficient, found the cause of thee problem and resolved it. I have purchased six vehicles from the Sullivan dealership over the years and will continue to do so in the future. I have also used the service department for all of my vehicles and have always been very pleased. I recommend the Sullivan dealership to everyone for both car purchases as well as for service. Highly recommended! More

Opened hood and there's the problem the idiots forgot to tighten up the air hoes and it had fell out??? And these guys are suppose to be professionals?? Good thing my 4 year old was not in car and no one hit us in traffic??? This is the second time they have forgotten to secure the tube. So please don't go here you could be saving your life or and family members life. More
