Excellent experience. I have visited three other car dealers in the area. This dealer was by far the most professional I've encountered. I visited Toyota of Naperville on Friday 8/11/17. The salesman, Mike Beck, allowed me to test drive the chosen vehicle by myself, summarized the buying options in writing, (something the other dealers were not willing to do), and in general allowed me the time to make my own decision. I came back on Monday, and purchased the vehicle. This is my first Toyota. Thank you again, Mike. More
