Although the service center is great to work with and tries to take care of its customers, the Dealership has placed a surcharge on credit card transactions and limits the amount of a personal check. Thi tries to take care of its customers, the Dealership has placed a surcharge on credit card transactions and limits the amount of a personal check. This penalizes customers who have repair or service expenses that are greater than the amount allowed for personal checks. In my case the surcharge was significant. In short I will not be using the service center at James Wood if I can avoid it. In addition since executive management seems more interested in getting what they can out of their customers without considering the impact, I have been a customer for 22 years and due to these changes along with my dissatisfaction with GM's quality I will not be purchasing my next vehicle from James Wood and am already seeking another business to complete the service on my vehicle. More
