Good experience. Got me in right at 7am!! Had oil changed and tire rotation done. About 30min after I left the dealership, I got a call from the shop manager informin Got me in right at 7am!! Had oil changed and tire rotation done. About 30min after I left the dealership, I got a call from the shop manager informing me they forgot to put my lug nut key back in my truck. Without hesitation he said he would send some to my house and stick it in the mail box . Really appreciated that !!!! More

My advisor (Mike) met me at prescribed appt time to fix a warranty issue. Repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time and Mike came to me in waiting area when my vehicle was ready. Only issue is that warranty issue. Repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time and Mike came to me in waiting area when my vehicle was ready. Only issue is that my problem is still there even with the replacement part so there is another issue with the repair that will require, at the least, one more appt to fix. (More outside places to sit would be nice, particularly if in shady areas) More

Scheduled appointment. Never informed customer they were 90 minutes behind. Appointment scheduled at 0815 am!! Took approximately 3 hours for oil change. Someone sat in pas Never informed customer they were 90 minutes behind. Appointment scheduled at 0815 am!! Took approximately 3 hours for oil change. Someone sat in passenger seat and laid it down all the way and took a cleaning rag from the car. Manager had no explanation why someone would lay down in front passenger seat during an oil change or why they would removed items from customers car take didn’t belong to them. I was dissatisfied with service and lack of explanation from manager. I won’t be returning. The only reason I scheduled is because it was under warranty. No thanks! More
