This is the best dealership by far,from the time my fiancee and I walked in everyone there made us feel welcomed. Mike Benjamin our salesman treated us great,very professional,took his time to explain all the details to get me a deal and because of that I was able to get my dream car the hellcat widebody,from sales to management,everyone I talked to was very professional and courteous.Jared Jones our finance person treated us with respect and took his time to explain everything. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car because you won't be disappointed. Thanks again you all. God Bless.

"Sheer incompetence with a sprinkling of lies"
Our experience with this dealership ranged from bold-faced lies to sheer incompetence. We ended up driving without tags for nearly a month because they couldn't sort out their own internal communications. If you are lucky enough to reach an operator, you'll get little more than a promise of a return call that won't happen.
At least they did send a very nice email to see if we were still interested in buying a Jeep (2 days AFTER we had purchased one from them).
There a list of other lies and customer service issues I could detail ... but it's not worth the effort. If you can't believe all the other terrible reviews, you won't trust this one either. You've been warned ...

They have a large selection of Jeeps to pick from, great deals and a wonderful certified service department.
"Don't stick to their word"
I have never been to a dealership where the salesman was on phone during the test drive. The car sold itself and he did pretty much nothing. Not to mention this is the only dealership to not keep their word when telling me they will do something. Was told "I'll see about getting you a 2nd key fob", and of course when I couldn't get in touch with them to follow up, I drive 2 hours to be told no we won't do that unless you pay for it. I will never buy another car from this unprofessional dealership.
"Found the vehicle I was looking for"
I had been looking for a used vehicle for almost a month. Most of my searches had been online. I found a vehicle at Keffer that sparked my interest. I called the dealership and Mike Benjamin was the sales rep that took my call. We were out of town on vacation but Mike was very helpful in answering my initial questions. He even provided additional photos of the vehicle that were not available online. Once we were back in town, Mike reached out to see when I could stop by for a test drive. Once the time was set, the vehicle was ready for me upon arrival. The test drive was good. It took several days to get things finalized but overall it was a very good experience.

Mike Benjamin was very helpful the entire process. I live 1.5 hours away so he helped with get all the information and pictures I needed for the car so I could decide if I wanted to drive that far to look at it. He went out of his way to help me. Jeff Reed in finance also helped me out a lot! He sent me a proposal over my phone and helped me to get an idea of what I would get the car for. He also gave my fiancé an autographed picture of himself since he played football for the Steelers! Which made my fiancé's day! Both very helpful and nice.
