My wife made an appointment online, but it did not show up in their system, so I was a bit nervous at first. The woman who helped me (I should have gotten her name, she was great!) got me checked in for th up in their system, so I was a bit nervous at first. Mike the shuttle driver was also very friendly and made for some good conversation on the ride home. Car was done very quickly and spotless. Great job More

Sacramento Nissan is one Busy place! Overall the experience with the service and parts department is pretty good. Only one time I called to make an appointment. I was put on hold for ten minutes, then was told to called back in fifteen. Owning a business myself, I would never tell a customer to call back in fifteen minutes. I will say the service writers are very nice, and Mike Bessone is a great shuttle driver. Ask him about Formula 1, He is very knowledgeable. I have also worked with the parts department, and they too were very knowledgeable and friendly. More

Mike Bessone was friendly shuttle driver. Trevor was also helpful. Disappointed with service report and completion of work. Tires not rotated and inspection incomplete.
