Onetime Miss Pretty much everytime i've taken my vehichle in for some work they have been great. But this last time was a rare miss. Oil change and tire rotation w Pretty much everytime i've taken my vehichle in for some work they have been great. But this last time was a rare miss. Oil change and tire rotation was done very fast .had my 18 Titan back within an hr. They did miss fixing my over head dome light. Got home and the light switch fell off. Something I had asked them to take a look at. Also, I was tehy would have told me that the free oil changes they gave me were only good for a year. I must say, overall the service was good. More

Quick and easy oil change service!! Very pleased with this dealership, I normally go to a different location but figured I would try this place and they did not disappoint! Sacramento Nissan is one Busy place! Overall the experience with the service and parts department is pretty good. Only one time I called to make an appointment. I was put on hold for ten Overall the experience with the service and parts department is pretty good. Only one time I called to make an appointment. I was put on hold for ten minutes, then was told to called back in fifteen. Owning a business myself, I would never tell a customer to call back in fifteen minutes. I will say the service writers are very nice, and Mike Bessone is a great shuttle driver. Ask him about Formula 1, He is very knowledgeable. I have also worked with the parts department, and they too were very knowledgeable and friendly. More
