The technicians and the coordinator who serviced my car were fine. This dealership, however, tricked my (now) ex into trading in his almost-paid-off car, and signing a loan that he didn't understand. It w were fine. This dealership, however, tricked my (now) ex into trading in his almost-paid-off car, and signing a loan that he didn't understand. It was obvious that he didn't understand what was going on, and he had no idea of the size of the loan. The salesperson was in the room when he called me and gave me inaccurate information about the loan they were offering. NO ONE CORRECTED THE ERRONEOUS INFORMATION HE WAS TELLING ME. He signed away the almost paid off car- with low mileage and in near perfect condition- for much less than it was worth (they were almost 5000 less than what the blue book value was) and got him to sign for a loan he clearly didn't understand. When I tried to find out what was happened later that day, the manager we talked to smugly said that the transaction was finalized and there was no recourse. Of course, adults are certainly allowed to sign contracts they don't understand- it was legally done, but it was just about the shadiest, most predatory transaction I have ever seen from a so-called legitimate business. This dealership is the absolute definition of why car dealerships are stereotyped as predatory, shark-like businesses. I wouldn't trust them to sell a 99 cent burrito, much less a car. If negative stars were an option, I would give them a negative 5. More

Lauren always takes great care of me every time I visit. She went above and beyond to help me with a warranty issue which I am so thankful for, especially since I was dealing with urgent family matters all She went above and beyond to help me with a warranty issue which I am so thankful for, especially since I was dealing with urgent family matters all week. Adam also took great care of my car, and it was returned to me clean and fully operational. I have great peace of mind knowing that it was serviced so well. I’ve been going to Zeigler Subaru for years, and they’ve always taken great care of me and have helped me out so much. I can’t recommend them enough! More

This was 1st time at this service dept, not enough info to give rating. I got an oil change, they washed my car after but didn't dry it yet the car next to me was being hand dried, not sure why a differenc to give rating. I had waited several years to get my Subaru, I was pleased with my salesman, I actually followed him from a previous dealership he worked at several years ago, I felt pretty comfortable that I wasn't being taken advantage of, being a single woman and senior that was a concern I had. After my choice was made papers written up I was at a price and payment I was ok with, then sent to the person that goes over the paperwork where things changed, now my payment quoted was changed to higher amount and I'm confused and not understanding why, I felt pressured to sign anyway and wound up having a higher payment because of a maintenance package added that I was told I didn't need but the finance person said I did need. Afterward I said I didn't want that maintenance pkg. But was told I had already signed papers and the payment amount could not be changed. I'm a senior with a set income and I had settled on a payment I was comfortable with only to have it changed. I wound up being not so happy with the Subaru I waited years to be able to afford. So I am not so anxious to refer anyone here. I am leasing my car so I have a while to go to see what I'll do when the lease is up. I feel that as a senior I was taken advantage of and don't want that to happen to others. More

My car has been at your dealership for a month and I have had no updates aside from 1 phone call letting me know they had not found the issue. I have had NO communication, no updates. Ace was my service tech had no updates aside from 1 phone call letting me know they had not found the issue. I have had NO communication, no updates. Ace was my service technician and my car is still at the dealership and I have had NO communication. Subaru Advicacy reached out to me 3 weeks ago and Michael x119121 was even worse at communication. I have reached out to Subaru corporate and will continue to post negative reviews until I get answers. More
