The service rep. , Michael Bilbow greeted as soon as I came into the bay. He listened to the issues that I had with the car other than the usual oil change and tire r , Michael Bilbow greeted as soon as I came into the bay. He listened to the issues that I had with the car other than the usual oil change and tire rotation and within a short period of time the car was repaired. The Technician, Charles (786) found the issue with the tire, and I hope it never bothers the vehicle again. I have always been satisfied with the dealership and refer as many people as possible. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful, and kind. The whole place was clean and as a parent that had a toddler there, everyone was engaging with her and the change table was impressive.
